Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using RECALC you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use RECALC on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and sign-in method secure.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials or resell access to your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

RECALC provides a calculator, searchable calculation history, saved calculations, reusable templates and related account features. We may add, change or discontinue features to improve the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• New accounts receive a 2-day full-access free trial that starts at onboarding.
• One trial per user. Creating extra accounts to extend a trial is not permitted.
• When the trial ends, access to Pro features stops until you subscribe. Your saved data remains in your account.

• Pro is currently offered as a yearly plan. Current prices are shown on the pricing section and inside the app.
• Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period and are activated after your payment is verified.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To continue, submit a new payment before your period ends.
• We may change pricing with notice. Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

• Payments are made manually via JazzCash or NayaPay to the receiving number displayed on the Billing page.
• After paying, you must submit the transaction ID (and any note) in the app so we can verify it. Access is granted only after an administrator approves the submission.
• Verification is usually completed within one business day, but timing may vary.
• Submitting false, duplicate or fraudulent transaction references may lead to immediate suspension.
• Always confirm the receiving number in the app before paying. We are not responsible for transfers sent to numbers not shown on the Billing page.

We may offer a limited-time discount after a trial expires or as a promotion. Offers are time-bound, non-transferable, may be limited to one per account, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so. We may withdraw an offer at any time before it is used.

Because a full-access free trial is provided before purchase, payments are generally non-refundable. If you are charged twice for the same period, or a verified payment was never activated, contact support and we will correct it or refund the duplicate amount.

• You own the calculations, notes and templates you create. We do not claim ownership of them.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content back to you so the service can work.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the formulas you build and the decisions you make from their results.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls or subscription gates.
• Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or attempt to store malware.
• Interfere with the service, overload it, or probe its security without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
• Use the service to break any applicable law or regulation.

Support is provided through the Help page and our published WhatsApp support number during normal business hours. Please keep support communication respectful; we may decline service to abusive users.

RECALC is a calculation tool, not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. While we strive for correct arithmetic, you are responsible for verifying results — especially results produced by formulas you author — before relying on them for business or financial decisions.

You may stop using RECALC at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the trial or payment process, or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECALC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change and material updates will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
